All you need to do to be eligible for your free Scrappy Cabin Quilt pattern is to purchase any Melly & me pattern from one of our wonderful suppliers during April 2026!

Please submit your proof of purchase using this form, and I will email you the free digital pattern within 5 business days.

Proof of purchase can be either:

1. An image of your itemised April 2026 receipt that clearly lists the Melly & me pattern purchased.

2. OR a photo of your non-itemised April 2026 receipt next to the purchased Melly & me pattern.​​​

(all claims need an April 2026 receipt to be accepted)​
